今日農曆9/19，是觀世音菩薩放下世俗選擇出家的日子，也是一個充滿深意與感動的時刻。這一天，不僅是紀念菩薩的出家，更是提醒我們如何將慈悲的種子深植心中。或許，生活的忙碌總是牽絆著我們的腳步，但在這個特別的日子，讓我們暫時停下，回歸內心的寧靜，感受菩薩那無盡的愛與智慧。

《觀音菩薩偈》
觀音菩薩妙難酬，清靜莊嚴累劫修，
Guan Yin Pusa miao nan chou, Qing jing zhuang yan lei jie xiu,
三十二應遍塵剎，百千萬劫化閻浮，
Sanshier ying bian chen cha, Bai qian wan jie hua Yanfú,
瓶中甘露常時灑，手內楊柳不計秋，
Ping zhong ganlu chang shi sa, Shou nei yangliu bu ji qiu,
千處祈求千處現，苦海常作度人舟。
Qian chu qiqiu qian chu xian, Ku hai chang zuo du ren zhou.

南無過去正法明如來，現前觀世音菩薩，

成妙功德，具大慈悲，於一身心，現千手眼，
Cheng miao gongde, ju da cibei, Yu yi shen xin, xian qianshou yan,
照見法界，護持眾生，令發廣大道心，
Zhaojian fajie, huchi zhongsheng, Ling fa guang da daoxin,
教持圓滿神咒，永離惡道，得生佛前，
jiao chi yuanman shenzhou, Yong li e dao, de sheng fo qian,
無間重愆，纏身惡疾，莫能救濟，悉使消除，
Wu jian zhong qian, chan shen e ji, Mo neng jiuji, xi shi xiaochu,
三昧辯才，現生求願，咸令果遂，決定無疑，
Sanmei biancai, xiansheng qiuyuan, Xian ling guo sui, jueding wu yi,
能使速獲三乘，早登佛地，

In the vast world of human existence, when our steps grow heavy and our hearts feel lost, Guanyin Bodhisattva is like a gentle ray of light, traversing the river of time and shining upon our hearts. Guanyin Bodhisattva's compassion is endless, like the soft rain of spring, nourishing all things in silence. Her wisdom is boundless, like a clear mirror, reflecting the joys and sorrows of all beings. Whenever suffering and helplessness arise, chanting the holy name of Guanyin Bodhisattva is like finding a warm boat in the stormy sea.

The "Guanyin Bodhisattva Gatha," the "Guanyin Bodhisattva Praise Text," and the "Praise of Great Guanyin Bodhisattva" not only praise her immeasurable merits but also resonate with the compassion of Guanyin Bodhisattva, allowing us to feel the timeless love that transcends the ages. Each heartfelt praise we offer is a call from the world, a deep reverence, an expression of our sincere gratitude and admiration for that boundless love. It is also the most genuine dialogue between us and Guanyin Bodhisattva.

Today, on the 19th day of the 9th lunar month, we commemorate the day when Guanyin Bodhisattva left the mundane world and chose the path of renunciation, a moment filled with profound meaning and inspiration. This day is not only a remembrance of her renunciation but also a reminder for us to deeply plant the seeds of compassion within our hearts. Life’s busyness may often entangle our steps, but on this special day, let us pause, return to inner peace, and feel the endless love and wisdom of the Bodhisattva.
